Noah Martin: Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Noah graduated from Georgetown University in 2017 with a degree in the Biology of Global Health. He is now completing a Master’s in Learning and Design at Georgetown. He has a strong background in education advocacy, and implementation of alternative education methods through several years at the Designing the Future(s) Initiative and through work teaching in DC Public Schools. FM-31 was established with this alternative education mindset permeating through its core mission. We seek to act and create in a manner that embodies the most impactful educational ideals.
Jesse Flores: Founder & Chief Creative Officer
Jesse graduated from Georgetown University in 2016 with a degree in English. He has spent the past three years as a professional creative collaborator on various novice design teams. In that time he has developed capabilities that enable creative solutions to tough challenges. At FM-31 he is responsible for all things creative including this website, our branding, marketing, and product design elements.
PJ Koscher: Chief Growth Officer
PJ graduated from the Georgetown McDonough School of Business in 2017. He has a strong background in helping companies identify growth strategies and build out reflective operating plans. At FM-31, he is responsible for establishing and nurturing channel partnerships to drive both awareness and impact to vulnerable communities.
